Frank
Volckmar, Managing Director
BeSc & MBA
Frank Volckmar started his career by working as a consulting engineer and has since spent years in various sales, business development, and marketing roles in Canada, US, UK and Australia. He joined ReadSoft in 2006 and is responsible for leading and managing the growth of ReadSoft in Oceania. With 15 years experience with software companies, Frank has held several executive and global roles and is driven by creating and working with high performance teams focused on delivering exceptional customer value.
At ReadSoft he is charged with transitioning to a partner led business model, increasing market share in key segments and improving customer satisfaction with world class consulting and support.
Roger
Stanmore, Product Director – Oceania
Grad Dip Computer Education
Roger has been with ReadSoft for 6 years, and has worked in the computer industry since 1989. Prior to ReadSoft he worked at Avon Products, Insurance Network Services and Wang. Since joining ReadSoft in 2001 he has held key technical positions in Pre-Sales and Professional Services, before becoming Product Director in 2007. Roger’s main focus in this role is to develop the ReadSoft Product Offering and support the Sales group by creating and delivering solutions for the identified market segments.
Sal
Hijazi, Director of Professional Services
Master of Business in Information Technology Management (MBus), PMP
At ReadSoft, Sal’s main focus is the development of the Consulting Services team and business within ReadSoft Australia.
Prior to joining ReadSoft, Sal worked as a product manager for a document management system for a major Australian bank. Earlier in his career prior Sal worked for a major defense contractor, where his responsibilities included team leadership and defense projects implementations.
Robin
Renfrey, Director of Sales, DOCUMENTS+
BSc
After majoring in Mathematics at the University of Western Australia, Robin spent many years working within information technology – with areas of responsibility covering the whole spectrum; from technical through to sales and marketing.
Starting his career as a software technician providing operating system support, Robin moved into consulting with relational databases; from where there was a natural progression into sales and marketing.
At ReadSoft Robin is responsible for the strategic development and tactical delivery of ReadSoft’s partner program for business process outsourcers and service bureaus.
Jeff
Leibovici, Director of Sales - SAP
For over 30 years, Jeff has gained extensive experience in solution sales and
business development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained from York
University in Toronto in 1990. Through his varied places of employment Jeff has
been exposed to a number of different industry segments and has himself been a
business owner.
Prior to his commencement with ReadSoft in May 2008, Jeff held the position of Business Development Manager for a Sydney based software re-seller where his focus was in Accounts Payable and business process improvement.
Jeff's business experience has enabled him to provide his customers with a high level of service as well as solutions to facilitate business process improvement.
Jeff is currently responsible for the SAP segment of ReadSoft Oceania managing an internal group of sales and pre-sales professionals as well as the partner channel. His industry experience holds him in high esteem to lead and manage the sales function of ReadSoft's AP solutions in the SAP space.
Tammy
Vorster-Jones, Director of Marketing
Tammy moved from South Africa to Australia in 1998 to explore the many
opportunities that the land down-under has to offer. She is passionate about
marketing and gets a kick out of seeing the results and growth that innovative
marketing brings to organisations.
Tammy started with ReadSoft in January 2008 and is responsible for the development of strategies in marketing plans and initiatives to lift the profile of document automation and grow the market throughout Oceania. A key focus area of her role is in facilitating and building valued relationships with partners and customers.
Tammy brings experience in the medical, finance and manufacturing industries and more recently worked for several years with software companies. She has completed studies in Financial Planning and is completing her MBA in her spare time.
Esther
Lee, Finance Manager
CPA
Esther was born in Kuala Lumpur and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. She is a registered CPA of Australia and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Management with The University of NSW.
Esther has worked as an Auditor and gained experience in the publishing, computer wholesale and software industries. Prior to joining ReadSoft, Esther worked with BMG Music Publishing Australia Pty Ltd and Sterling Commerce Australia Pty Ltd (an AT&T company).
Focus areas for Esther are financial reporting down to line of business and departmental levels, improved support contract management and cash flow management. She'll implement processes and controls to support the growth of the company.
