Attendees of this course will get an introduction as well as an overview of the INVOICES product. System Administrator

Prerequisites:

  • Extensive knowledge of client/server hardware

  • Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop)

  • Thorough understanding of PC and networks

  • Familiarity of installing applications

  • Administering Microsoft SQL databases

  • Understanding network structure and topology

  • Back up
     

The advanced section of the system administrator package will encompass details needed for installation and maintenance of the system. Overall, it is the system administrators' responsibility to maintain the PC's, servers, and network, monitor possible bottleneck of the system, as well as contact ReadSoft technical support.
